Our dedicated team of two (and a few) is hard at work behind the scenes, ensuring that your stay with us is nothing short of perfect. From sourcing the freshest groceries to preparing delicious meals for the evening's dinner, we prioritize stocking up and providing you with the best culinary experience possible.

Each room at Onpoint Madarao is meticulously prepared to welcome new guests. From fresh linens to thoughtful amenities, we take the time to ensure that every detail is taken care of, guaranteeing your comfort and satisfaction throughout your stay.

Just like our guests, our team members also need time to recharge and unwind. After attending to our guests' needs and ensuring that every aspect of the hotel is in pristine condition, we value our downtime to rejuvenate and maintain our energy levels for the exceptional service we provide.

Availability Matters:
Please note that there may be times when we or our staff are not available on-site. In such instances, early check-ins may not be possible, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Convenient Drop-offs:
For your convenience, luggage can be dropped off at the main entrance of the hotel. Guests are welcome to make their way to the ski resort to get fitted for the following day's skiing while we prepare your room for check-in. Please check our service page for suitable rental for your time in Madarao.
Safety First, Always:
Safety is paramount at Onpoint Madarao. We allocate time to efficiently clear snow from the property and car park, ensuring that all areas are safe for both our guests and staff. Your cooperation in adhering to designated parking areas greatly facilitates our snow-clearing efforts and enhances the overall safety of our premises. Having guests arrive while dangerous and loud snow-clearing machinery is in use can reduce the efficiency and safety of our snow-clearing efforts.
Plan Ahead for Early Arrivals:
While early check-in is possible under certain circumstances, it must be confirmed in advance. Guests are kindly requested not to arrive at the hotel expecting to check in before 16:00 pm without prior confirmation. If you would like to request an early check-in, please fill out our early check-in form, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
